Puff.co.za ("PUFF") operates as a private collective. While we aim to provide consistent service, the availability of specific cultivation results (strains/flowers) is limited.
Service Estimates: We take all reasonable efforts to ensure our website reflects current availability. However, due to high demand across various member channels, we cannot guarantee the availability of any specific item or the duration of a contribution/reimbursement rate.
Refund Policy: If a member makes a reimbursement payment for a service that is no longer available, PUFF’s liability is limited to a full refund of the amount paid for that specific service.
Shopping Cart: Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it or constitute a mandate. PUFF reserves the right to remove items from inactive carts after 7 days.
Agreement of Service: An agreement is only finalized once you have submitted a properly completed order, cleared payment is received in our account, and PUFF accepts your mandate. In cases of limited availability, priority is given to the first cleared payment received.
Age Restriction: You must be of legal age (18+ in South Africa, or 21+ in specific jurisdictions) to use this website. By registering, you indemnify PUFF against any liability resulting from false information provided during the sign-up process.

PUFF facilitates the delivery of your harvest/items to a physical street address (no P.O. Boxes).
Dispatch Period: We generally pack and dispatch the same day days your cleared payment reflects in our account.
Third-Party Logistics: By utilizing our service, you agree to the use of third-party couriers. Once the goods are handed to the courier in good order, PUFF is no longer liable for delays, damages, tampering, or loss.
Estimates, Not Guarantees: All delivery timelines provided are estimates from the courier service, not PUFF.
Local (SA): 1–5 working days depending on location.
International: Typically 2–12 weeks, subject to customs and seasonal delays.
Pre-Orders: Items marked for pre-order will be dispatched separately once the cultivation or stocking process is complete.
The "Delivery Fee" charged at checkout is a reimbursement for:
Actual shipping costs charged by the third-party courier.
Packaging and handling expenses.
Calculations: Fees are based on weight or volumetric dimensions (whichever is greater). The website provides an estimate; however, due to the variables of shipping, we reserve the right to adjust fees if the actual cost differs significantly.
This Website and all agreements are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. PUFF chooses its domicilium citandi et executandi (official address for legal notices) for all purposes under this agreement at its registered business address in South Africa
