CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, REFUNDS & GUARANTEES T&C's



Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

This policy addresses Cancellation of Sale and Return of goods for an Exchange or a Refund.


CANCELLATION OF SALE:

You are entitled to cancel (either in whole or in part) any sale prior to packaging the products by PUFF.

 

 

RETURNING GOODS:

You are entitled to return any item within a maximum of 14 days after receiving it providing it is unused and in its original packaging and met the return requirements. You also need to contact PUFF via email on new@puff.co.za and provide the reason for the return within the time frame provided within this T&C.

Only reason allowed for a return of a purchased item

  • The product has a defect or manufactures fault visible immediately.
  • The product has a defect or manufactures fault not visible immediately
  • Item received is not the same as advertised/purchased on the website
  • No longer interested in the item/s. (Sale items do not apply for this section)



REASON NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE OF GOODS.

Item is returned after 14 days after delivery date

 

TIME FRAME ALLOWED TO NOTIFY PUFF OF A RETURN OF PURCHASED ITEMS

  • Products that have a defect or manufactures defect visible immediately – Within a maximum of 24 hours of receiving the item/s. This will allow you a first class return if not notifying us of the defect before 24 hours but no longer than 7 days of receiving it, it will allow you a second class return of sale.
  • The product has a defect or manufactures defect not visible immediately – Within a maximum of 7 days of receiving the item/s. This will allow you a second class return of sale
  • Item received is not the same as advertised/purchased on the web - Within a maximum of 24 hours of receiving the item/s This will allow you a first class return of sale, if not notifying us of the incorrect item within 24 hours but before 7 days of receiving it, it will allow you a second class return of sale
  • No longer interested in the item/s – Within a maximum of 24 hours of receiving the item/s. This will allow you a third class return of sale. If notified after 24 hours, the return will not be accepted


Note! If you, the buyer, do not contact us and provide the necessary return request within the allowed time after receiving the item/s there will not be a return of sale accepted. On a 1st, and 2nd class of return PUFF reserve the right to offer a replacement to either the correct item or to a product without a defect. If you, the buyer refuse a replacement to either the correct item or an item without a defect it constitutes to a reason for not wanting the item or an unwanted item and as such will be regarded as a 3rd class return of sale.


RETURN THE ITEMS BACK TO PUFF


After notifying PUFF of your intent to return the item/s, the item/s needs to be returned back to PUFF to: PO Box 1916, Durbanville, 7551, South Africa. Included in the return parcel should be a signed letter from the buyer stating the reason for the return as well as the order number obtained from the web sale. (When qualifying for return shipment refund the receipt of the return parcel should be included in the parcel before sealing it as well)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your approval or rejection for your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund less expenses where applicable will be processed under the class you qualify for, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. Your refund will be based on the information below


REFUND

You will be entitled to a refund for funds already paid to PUFF on the following T&C after a successful return of sale are accepted.

1ST CLASS RETURN:

After PUFF received the wrong/defect item, you will be offered a replacement to either the correct item or an item/s without a defect, if such stock is available.

If no stock of the item/s in question is available immediately or at least within a 15 day period or PUFF do not offer a replacement for any reason, all funds paid will be refunded by PUFF without any deductions plus the cost of returning the item/s to puff

You will also need to provide, in the same return parcel, the original postage receipts for the claim of the return postage costs. 

When a defective product was ordered pursuant to a “Special Offer” and such product is no longer being offered at the special price, PUFF will not replace same as aforesaid, but will instead refund the purchase price paid including return delivery costs upon receipt thereof as well as the receipt for the return postage/delivery costs

When a replacement item is accepted by you and subsequently posted, you will not be liable for a refund as well

If a replacement is denied by the buyer the return will be classed as a 3rd class return.



2nd CLASS RETURN:

After PUFF received the item/s, posted back to us within the allowed time frame the item/s, will be inspected to validate the claim for a 2nd class return. If the return is valid you will be granted a refund subject to the deduction below within 30 days.



Refunds are subject to a deduction of the payment fees PUFF needed to pay to the payment “gateway” by either or all:  the bank, the payment gateways, The Payment server, BidorBuy,  our merchant account holder, PayPal or any relevant fees for receiving your payment made by you via any of the payment methods in question. This include Instant EFT fees and the fees PUFF needed to pay you

 

Refunds are subject to the deduction of the delivery charges puff needed to pay to deliver the parcel.

 

Refunds are subject to the deduction of the packaging cost PUFF needed to pay to pack the parcel

 

Should you have qualified for ‘Free Delivery’ a deduction of shipping charges and packaging cost will apply. The shipping charges were subsidised by us and when a refund is applicable the delivery that should have been charged for the respective delivery method of your parcel as well as packaging cost will be deducted from the amount due for the refund.

 

You may also request a replacement and if available or at the sole discretion of PUFF it will be posted to you free of charge after validating you claim for a 2ND class cancellation. When a replacement item is accepted by you and subsequently posted, you will not be liable for a refund as well

 

3rd CLASS RETURN:

After PUFF received the item/s, posted back to us within the allowed time frame the item/s, will be inspected to validate the claim for a 3rd class return. If the return is valid you will be granted a refund subject to the deduction below within 30 days.

An admin fee of 15% with a minimum fee of R20 will also be deducted from the amount paid by you for administrative purposes.

 

REFUNDS for Late delivery of the parcel

According to the ECT Act to which we conform to, If a product purchased is not dispatched (not delivered but dispatched by PUFF) within a period of 30 days after having purchased and paid for the product/s, the ECT Act entitles you to cancel such sale on a 7 days’ notice. The cancellation notice giving for such notice needed to be done via email to new@puff.co.za. After receiving such a claim for not dispatching the item/s you will be refunded in full without any deductions being made from the amount you paid to PUFF within 7 days of receiving such claim
