Terms and Service Agreement: Puff.co.za

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing puff.co.za (the "Website"), registering an account, or engaging in any transaction, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You certify that you are at least 18 years of age and reside in a jurisdiction where the private cultivation and consumption of cannabis are legally permitted.

2. Nature of Service: Cultivation, Not Sale

Puff.co.za does not sell cannabis. We provide a professional horticultural service. By utilizing our platform, you are entering into a service-based agreement where you compensate a grower for their time, labor, expertise, and the operational costs associated with the cultivation of plants.

• Reimbursement: Any fees paid through this site are considered a reimbursement for the "time and effort" of the grower and the maintenance of the cultivation facility.

• The "Product": The end result of the cultivation process remains the property of the member/user under the "grow-on-behalf" model.

3. Mandate to Grow on Behalf

By purchasing a membership or service and entering your personal details on this Website, you hereby grant Puff.co.za (and its designated growers) express permission and a direct mandate to:

1. Act as your agent in the cultivation of cannabis plants.

2. Grow, tend to, and harvest said plants on your behalf within a private, secure environment.

3. Exercise full discretion over the horticultural methods used to ensure the highest quality yield for your personal use.

4. Non-Returnable Items & Quality Assurance

Due to the biological and perishable nature of the flower products resulting from this service, we cannot offer returns once the product has been dispatched or collected.

• Resolution: If you are unhappy with the result of the cultivation service for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will do our utmost to resolve the issue.

• Order Discrepancies: If you receive an incorrect variety or item, we will prioritize correcting the error as quickly as possible to ensure you receive what was originally requested.

5. Personal Use Limitation

All services provided are for the personal use of the member only. By agreeing to these terms, you warrant that you will not distribute, sell, or commercially trade any material produced through this mandate. Any breach of this clause will result in immediate termination of your membership and access to the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for the highest horticultural standards, the user acknowledges that agricultural yields can vary due to natural factors. Puff.co.za is not liable for any legal repercussions arising from the user’s possession or use of the final product beyond the private cultivation space.

COUNTRY OF DOMICILE

This website is governed by all South African Laws and Puff.coza chooses its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

 

 

PUFF.coza reserves the right to change any Terms and Conditions within any of this and the above-mentioned policies at their sole discretion.
